Stagrr ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Stagrr website and AI home staging service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use passwordless magic link authentication; we do not store passwords.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We retain only a Stripe payment reference ID for transaction records.
Uploaded Images: When you use our Service, you upload photographs of rooms. These images are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of providing the staging service. We do not use your uploaded images for any purpose other than fulfilling your staging request.
Generated Images: AI-generated staged images are stored in your account for your access. These are derivative works produced by third-party AI models based on your uploaded images and selected style preferences.
Usage Data: We may automatically collect standard usage data such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps for analytics and service improvement.
We use your information exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process your transactions
- Send you authentication emails (magic links)
- Communicate with you about your account or transactions
- Comply with legal obligations
We use the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase:Authentication, database, and file storage. Subject to Supabase's privacy policy.
Stripe:Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe may collect information as described in their privacy policy.
Kie.ai:AI image generation. Uploaded images are sent to Kie.ai's API solely for processing your staging request. Subject to Kie.ai's privacy policy and terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your uploaded and generated images are retained in your account for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual generations from your account at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
